For both US and Canadian customers, shipping is free on all orders over $150 CDN~

For my fellow Canadians:

I have a lot on the go, so measuring, weighing, and setting up boxes amidst a full time job and markets where all the items come with me isn’t feasible at this time. To counter this, I have set up flat-rate shipping options based on Canada Post’s average pricing. This means that some items will ship lettermail and others expedited, but the system can’t bundle the items automatically between lettermail and expedited. If the shipping you pay is more than what Canada Post charges, I will ALWAYS refund you the difference. For example, if you order a cutting board and a keychain, the rates will come up as 22.50 and 3.50, but the keychain will certainly ship with your cutting board, and if the price doesn’t increase with the keychain aboard, I will send the lettermail rate back to you :)

When items are able to fit through Canada Post’s “slot of death,” they will be sent via standard letter mail. This is to save costs to you, dear customer, but that means we can’t provide a tracking number. Depending on where you are and the time of year, letters can take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days, so bear that in mind when placing your order. You can upgrade your shipping to Expedited or Xpress at checkout if you’d like!

Pickup is also an option if you are local to the Cowichan Valley. Delivery can also be arranged for an additional charge, depending on the location. If you’re a local and would like to purchase something from the shop, please connect with me to arrange a time at larissa@craftcovestudio.ca

For the American Frens,

Your items will be sent US Tracked Package Shipping, with options to upgrade at checkout. For items that fit in lettermail, they still have to be sent like this as per US customs policies. Please allow 5-10 business days for your package to arrive :)

FYI, the default cart shipping location might be Canada, which may show Canadian shipping prices. This will change once you put your address in. Some items may not ship to the US, so if you don’t see an American option, that is the case.
